What a Serviced Stay Includes

All the comfort of home with the service of a hotel — designed for delegates, media crews and teams staying more than a night or two.

Move-In Ready

Fully furnished apartments with everything in place from the moment you arrive — just bring your bags.

Workspace & Wi-Fi

Dedicated workspace, reliable Wi-Fi and quiet surroundings for sessions, calls and preparation.

Housekeeping & Linen

Regular housekeeping and fresh linen throughout your stay, so the apartment stays hotel-tidy.

Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen and dining space — breakfast on your own schedule and a real alternative to restaurants every night.

Flexible Durations

A few nights, the full Forum week or longer — stays shaped to your programme, not a hotel's fixed blocks.

Smart Value

More space and service for your budget than comparable hotel rooms during the busiest week of the Davos year.

“Serviced apartments are the smart way to do Forum week — real space, a kitchen and workspace of your own, and housekeeping that keeps everything running.”

Arye Hochhauser — Founder & Director

Where to stay

Davos & Klosters During the Forum

Two distinct settings for the Forum week — the buzz of Davos itself, or the quiet of Klosters in the same region.

Transport

Local buses & rail

The Annual Meeting takes place in and around the Davos Congress Centre on the Promenade. Staying in Davos keeps delegates within walking distance or a short local bus ride of the main venues — plus the restaurants, lounges and side events that fill the town during the week.

Most of our WEF guests stay in and around Davos Platz, the town's central quarter, which puts the Congress Centre, the station and the Promenade all within easy reach.

Teams & retreats

Neighbouring Klosters offers calmer surroundings within the same Davos Klosters region, around forty minutes from Davos by train or car. It suits teams and visitors who prefer peace away from the centre while remaining connected to the Forum.

Klosters is also a practical base when central Davos inventory is fully committed — tell us your priorities and we'll advise which location fits best.

Practical Information for Delegates

What to know before you book — access, transport, timing and the terms that come with the Forum week.

Congress Centre Access

WEF sessions, side events and hospitality take place in and around the Congress Centre on the Davos Promenade. Tell us your programme and we'll match apartments to where you need to be.

Getting There & Around

Davos Platz is around two hours from Zurich by rail, with Zurich Airport the most common gateway. For private aviation, Engadin Airport in Samedan is around an hour away and handles private jets directly to the region. Local buses connect the town, and we advise on the best routing for your itinerary when you enquire.

Booking Lead Times

WEF accommodation is in demand long before January. We recommend enquiring six months or more ahead — the earlier you ask, the wider the choice of apartments and locations.

Minimum Stays & Availability

Minimum stays typically apply to WEF-period bookings and vary by property. Inventory changes quickly, so we confirm current availability, exact terms and pricing with your quote — nothing is promised until then.

WEF planning questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to the questions delegates and team organisers ask most.

Both can work well, depending on your requirements. Hotels can be convenient for traditional hotel services, while private apartments provide significantly more living space, privacy, kitchens and areas where colleagues or guests can meet. Apartments can be particularly suitable for executives staying for several days, families, larger groups and companies that need several bedrooms or living and dining areas. During WEF, availability and location are often just as important as the type of accommodation, so we recommend comparing both based on your specific requirements.
