1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NexStay website and booking services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. NexStay is a Swiss-registered company operating furnished short-stay and business apartments across Switzerland.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by NexStay. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from NexStay. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) are also subject to the terms of those platforms.

3. Payment

Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. NexStay accepts payment by bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified. Full payment is required prior to check-in unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and booking type. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. In general:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in: full refund
• Cancellations made 14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: no refund

Business and WEF-period bookings may have separate cancellation terms agreed contractually.

5. Guest Obligations

Guests are expected to treat all NexStay properties with care and respect. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Parties or events are not permitted without prior written consent. NexStay reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in the event of serious breach of house rules.

6. Liability

NexStay shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests or their belongings during their stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable Swiss law. Guests are advised to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the NexStay website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of NexStay or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
