As a general guide based on the WEF properties we work with, private accommodation during the main WEF period can start at approximately CHF 25,000, with larger, luxury or exceptionally well-located properties costing considerably more. WEF pricing should not be compared with normal Davos rental prices, as demand during the Annual Meeting is exceptionally high. For executives with busy schedules, an apartment within around 5–15 minutes' walking distance of the Congress Centre can be particularly convenient, so we always check a property's exact location and walking distance rather than relying on how the address is described.

You should also have a written rental agreement clearly identifying the property, rental dates, price, payment terms and the parties to the agreement.
